Entrance: Door appears and he walks out
Final = Fruits Galore (fruits fall from the sky constantly)

B over = Dash in the desired direction very wuikly dealing damage
B up = Massive Pump (pumps his balloons very large sending him upward dealing damage
B down = Balloon Pop (pops ballons and falls dealing damage (if on ground jumps up and pops them)
Taunt up = Cloud appears and shocks him dealing damage to others
Taunt over = pops his balloons (they reapear)
Taunt down = spins and acts like his balloons were popped
Entrance = Pumps up his balloons
Stage = Balloon Fighter Level
Final = Balloon Party (Birds come on screen and attack everyone as balloons coem up from the bottom pushing them upward)
