3-1 Win
Game Preview: Near 9:30 PM, the Montreal Canadiens will have ended their regular season and will be headed towards the play-offs. Unlike last year, both teams are not chasing a play-off spot. One of them has already secured a spot, while the other one, was eliminated a wekk or two now. Each will try to finish their season on a good note. Captain Saku will miss the final match and so will blue line hitter, Mike Komisarek. Carey Price, an amazing young goaltender, has surprised everyone, and plays incredibly. He will probably get the nod from Carbonneau to start the match.
Final: 104 points people! 104!! C'Mon PHILLY!! BEAT THE PENS TOMORROW! 3-1 Montreal... Oh wow... I think i have a head ache after hearing the crowd. SO FREAKING LOUD!!! DAMN! Oh. My. Gawd. What an ending to a wonderful year. Let's start with Gregory Stewart. Amazing dude. He gets alot of cahnce each time he steps on the ice. I think he has a future with the Habs. His style kinda matches Neil's from Ottawa. He can play, he can fight, he can hit. I really like this guy, and it's been only one game. Let's move on. Chris Higgins. Wow... almost a hat-trick. Last shot hit the post... This is why I love him so much... I wonder if he would do better if he stays center. And Smolinski. What a player he is right now! Now, Price, Price, Price. Again, wow. Simply a monster. I don't even know what else to say, so i'ma spot here.
My three Stars: 1- Chris Higgins 2- Gregory Stewart 3- Carey Price Honorable mentions: Alex Kovalev, Andrew Raycroft, Mark Streit.
Scoresheet: Montreal: Mark Streit, Chris Higgins (2 goals). Toronto: Mark Bell.
