My teachers (well only two of them) insist that i write a poem for a eighth grade promotion. I have one written. Here it is. (I'm still revising it.This is just an idea)

Looking back
On these past two years
We've seen nothing but hardships
Over and over I hear
"Middle school wasn't the best for me"
But we fought through
And most have the scars to prove it
Learn from it and look on
It's done and over
You did your best
(Hey, you've made it this far)
Now high school is here
With a fresh, new oppurtunity
To live
