Minnesota Wild are out
unbelievable
the Wild had their best season ever and they wasted it on Avalanches due to unpowered defense, inabilities to get pucks into net, and Marion Gabriok being a non-factor. It just like the Twins in 2006, they were amazing during the season and got totally wasted during the first round of playoff.
Blame it on Avalanches? I wish... but they have overpowered offense and insanely excellent goldtender who happens to be lot better than Backstrom.
The only excuse that Wild could get is that their few of star defensemen were out due to injuries and illness.

Oh well... looks like I gotta wait and see if the new Twins team will be any good this summer... sigh
