isnt it funny how you bring me up when im down
isnt it funny how when im a pinch you help me out of it
isnt it funny how when i was selling myself short you helped me buy it back
isnt it funny how when everyone was pushing me down you held out a careing hand
but now that careing hand is no longer reaching for me and its not funny now that i look back on it.
its not funny that you cant bring me up when im down
its not funny that im in a pinch and you cant help me out
its not funny that when im selling myself short you arnt there to buy it back
and now that everyone is pushing me down i try to think of the good times when you were around
its not funny how when i try to think of you i cry
and now i stand over your grave and think of your warm touch
and how you loved me
and how i loved you
and i cry even more when i think of the fact that its my falut
that your gone and i am left alone crying forever
