Just realised that I haven't posted in my journal since Monday.
Mainly because I have not been well with a bad cold and sinusitis. I still have it but am feeling much better.
Although I have not been well I have still had to go to work and do the usual daily tasks.
One day at work we had an incident which shocked us but thankfully no one was hurt. It made me realise How short life can be and that it can be taken from us at a moments notice. I hope now that I will make the most of each day that I now have left and that if anyone reads this they will too.
Try to attempt your dreams and try to make the best of everything.
Never do anything you will regret in the future.

I have been told by some friends I should do a journal but I have no idea who or why people would be interested in my boring existance
