The news from China and Myanmar is god awful. All those people caught between natural and man made disaster.

On the evening news they were pulling a young man out of the the wreckage of his school where approximately 900 of his classmates were likely buried. I couldn't stop imagining all the families waiting.

I could rail against them not bothering to build earthquake resistant to save money in a major fault zone, or against the generals in Myanmar for ceasing aid and blocking relief efforts, but I'm sure we're all aware of the evil in the world, and the grief.
