I stand alone in this Earth
No self confidence, no self worth
I used to have you, but then you left
I hurt you much more than the rest
I didn't mean it, but I cut too deep
For the first time, I watched you weep
I didn't know what to do
To hug, to hold, or talk to you
I can't make it better, the damage is done
I sit motionless as you run
You were the only person who hadn't been hurt
Blood and tears mix in the dirt
You can avoid me and not meet my eyes
But that doesn't mean I can't hear your cries
I wish I could help, make it better
Maybe write an apology letter
The thing is, I can't lose you
You're the only one that I can talk to
It's a little pathetic, how I need you to survive
You were the one thing that kept me alive
But now you have her, you don't need me
I hurt everyone and b***h endlessly
She took my place, usurped my throne
Took you away, left me alone
I don't blame her, who wouldn't want you?
Pretty, perfect, artistic too
The two of you fit together so well
Not like black and white, or heaven and hell
You like the same things, neither of you are shy
None of you would rather sit in the corner and cry
I guess I should leave you two alone
And wander around on my own
You're better off without my gloom
This way I can confine it to my room
So you just stay with her and leave me here
At least this way you can’t see my tears
