It truly did fill me with some sort of minuscule relief as my tangerine iris’s laid sight on what was ahead of me. The two minute journey back to my brother’s and I estate seemed to last an eternity. Thoughts were racing across my head, seemingly endless brain waves forced themselves to become apparent as they ranged in my head. I was nervous. Me, the one demon who could terminate anything on a whim, was nervous. I did have a good reason to be nervous though. It was them who were waiting for me in my safe haven, drinking out of my crystal glasses, and speaking with my brother. It infuriated me just thinking about how they were given the power and authority to go anywhere they please, whether they were welcomed or not. What I did not understand is why they were even waiting for me. Did they truly need my opinion on the situation in Letorna? I shook my head, trying to clear my obvious confusion. I landed in front of the castle that had eerie grey puffs of air looming around it. I let a smooth smirk splay across my countenance as I gazed my orbs up at one of the pillars.
‘ So, They’re in the dining room. Then I’ll go in through the back,’ I thought to myself as a whizzed around the dynamic castle to the back where my personal studies were, as well as my sleeping quarters. I noticed something that was vaguely apparent from the outside of the fortress, I low irritated growl escaped my rosy lips as I ground my fangs over one another. My window was open, and the light was shining threw the curtains that were flowing angelically in the chilling wind. Just who was so foolish to enter my quarters? Instead of going through the back door and silently and elegantly climbing up the stone stairs, I leaped into the frostbitten air and landed on my windowsill, grabbing its edge and entered my room.
I examined the room as I flew into the room, silently landing on the cherry wood floors. Some dunce was most definitely in here, my sheets were in shambles and my dresser drawers were slightly ajar with some of my apparel hanging out of them. I snarled as my ears perked to the sound of more rummaging in my bathroom. Who ever was in there, I was going to kill them. I glided over to the door, abruptly swung the oak wood door open, my orange orbs were burning as I saw the intruder. I let out a low snarl at soon to be dead fool, “What the hell are you doing in my room and vandalizing my property?”
The worthless being stopped dead as heard the sound of my voice breaking into his thoughts. They whisked their head round to face me, eyes wide and pupils dilated to owls size. Their mouth hung open slightly, an obvious sign that they were at a loss for words. Fear was in its aura as the body started to tremor. The tension in the air thickened immensely as I approached the fool, a smirk of death plastered onto my features. Closer and closer, making sure to stalk over slowly provoking its primal fear to thicken, my black boots were the only thing that was making any noise. They echoed off the tile and smooth wood walls. Beads of sweat dripped down his countenance as I stopped in front of it.
I leaned down and roughly grabbed the fool by its hair, forcing the imbecile up to its feet. It let out a painful cry as it felt my nails dig into his scalp, it started to struggle to get free from my coiling fingers. I frowned, my grip tightening on the tresses I had it by. Another pained cry escaped from the being, as it felt the nails go deeper into its scalp. I hadn’t broke the tender skin yet, I snarled, “Be Quiet.” the body reframed from moving, I continued, “Now, explain to me why you are tarring up my bedroom? Speak up Cyril.”
