Review: Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Score: 10/10
Super Smash Bros. BRAWL!!!. One of the most anticipated Wii games of the life of the Wii so far. With an all-new single player story mode, online, and epic multiplayer, this game is also one of the best the Wii games has turned up at last.

I'm going to start with the single player mode, The subspace emissary. The story is explained through amazing cut-scenes, there isn't any dialogue, but the story is still easily followed. Even if the story is too difficult to understand, there is a section on it on the official *website* explaining it. (Or just use your imagination!) The actual game-play is quite repetitive, and at sometimes, difficult. (Especially on intense) The bad parts of this can be ignored if you just rush the levels to get to the next cut-scene. (I can't say how amazing the cut-scenes are) Co-op in the story is more fun than by yourself, but no real big improvement.

Overall, the story is good, but don't buy the game just for it.

Story 7/10

MULTIPLAYER! This is where the series shines! With many characters to choose from and many battlefields (Along with stage creator for infinite stages) the possibilities of the game are endless. Casual, or hardcore, you will be on this for many years to come. Although playing with friends is more fun, computer battles are very fun too. Customation options in special brawl make every game amazing and unique. No game that I know of can come close to the multiplayer goodness. (Maybe melee though…)

Long story short, multiplayer is amazing.
Multiplayer 10/10

The gameplay of this game is great very smooth at 60 frames per second. The actual game is slower paced then melee, which can be a good thing. Slower and stronger and bigger characters leads to easier deaths, but also easier evasion techniques. A lot of detail is put into all the elements of gameplay. This is simply great. There are so few glitches discovered so far, that all is fair.

Gameplay 10/10

The graphics, for the Wii's capabilities, are great, but as other systems have better capacity the graphics here are inferior. The good thing about graphics, is time was put into them. All the details everywhere you look., down to the smallest things other developers might overlook.

Graphics 10/10

While the wifi capabilities are shallow, it is still fun. If you have people complaining about lag, 99% of the time, it's their fault not Nintendo's. You basically are given the options of with friends, or with anyone. With anyone, you have the choice of team battle, spectator, or regular. Team battle, you are matched with a random person, to play another random pair. Not too great, but agreeable. In spectator, you watch a random wifi match, simply enough. In regular, you simply play free for all with 3 others. Battles in all of the above are 2:00 time battles.

With friends, you type in a tedious 12 digit code and wait for them to put yours in. Not the best system, but live with it. Ther are many more options in with friends; Team, home-run contest, multiman brawl, and of course regular.

Other things online, are the smash service. Simply accept it, and everyday when you log on to wifi, you will receive a custom stage, a replay, and a snapshot.

Wifi 8/10

Music is amazing. There is no doubt this game has the best soundtrack ever. I don't know how to put it, but with over 250 songs, you just can't not have a song you like. Songs from all series, and more. Nintendo's best music ever all in one disk.

Music 10/10

Controls…..there's really nothing to say here. You can Use wiimote nunckuk combo, Wiimote, Classic controller, Or GC controller. All controls are customizable, so its your fault if you don't like them.

Controls 10/10

All smash games have had amazing replay value. This is no exception. Brawls replay will be long lasting, fro years to come.

Replay 10/10

Extras! There is so much content here I can't say it all, but to sum it up….. there is a
l-o-t! I haven't even had time to explore all the features of the game, and I've had over 200 hours of gameplay! All the unnecessary things are a hassle thought, and master pieces are way too short, but it is still fun. All in all, the content can be overwhelming in some aspects, but….. there's no other way to put it, the content is all top quality.

Final Score: 10/10
