I graduated! Sure, it happened like June 8th and I'm just now reporting it, but whatever. Proud of me?

Hmm...it appears as though I didn't rant about Once on this Island. I got a lead!!! It was sssoooooo much fun! I mean, I've had a blast in shows before, but this was my favorite, and not just because I was a lead; it was the people I was with. I played Erzulie, the Goddess of Love and it was one of the best experiences of my life. She became so much a part of who I am today. Chaz, who played Papa Ge, the Demon of Death, was in three of my hours with me and we played up our parts so much, even after the show. (Go Wikipedia the show. The show itself is sorta weird, but it's fun) The basic idea of the show was love v. death (guess who won!!!). There were two other gods, Agwe, God of Water, and Asaka, Mother of the Earth, and they were played by my friends Ben and Nikki. That's what was fun, too, was that the three other gods were some of my close friends even before the show. We (well, mostly Chaz and I) made up this catergory game where we tried to think of what the four of us would be under each catergory and we played until the end of the school year. It was a blast. My best friend Stacy was the main lead, but she got mono the week of the show so this girl Emily played her part on Saturday. Stace rocked it out, though, and I was so proud of it. She's amazing even WITH mono. But yeah, Island was one of the greatest experiences of my life and I'll never forget it. Trust me, I won't. I'll be covered in glitter forever (ask me for a picture if you want to know why I said that)

Senior year was so much fun. It was probably my favorite of all my school years. It was just so great being able to say "Yeah? Well I'm a senior" all the time. My classes (with the exception of 1.5) were amazing. Brit Lit had some of the greatest memories ever. Naturally, Advanced Drama and A cappella were fun, but not as much fun as last year. Oh well, I hope the kids next year get the full experience!

I need to stop ranting...
