Born under the sign of frankness, you are very intelligent and educated. You are the thinker, the philosopher, and the observant. You see things in black and white, and, most of the time, you are quite accurate and precise with your observations. Sometimes people wonder if you were born with an invisible eye in the back of your head. Perhaps this is why many believe that you have a sixth sense.
Just like a true Rooster, who shows off his gorgeous feathers, you like to be noticed and flattered. As one of the most misunderstood and eccentric of all signs, you might dress a little flashily compared to others, but in your heart, you are completely conservative and old-fashioned. You are quite attractive, and you take pride in your looks and style. Appearance is really important to you, and you certainly know how to dress up. However, because you are never satisfied, you are constantly improving yourself. Acknowledging the latest fashion but never blindly following it, you make your own fashion statement through variations and individuality. In reality you are a little too obsessed with your looks--not many people can spend as many hours standing in front of the mirrors as you do. Moreover, you can easily spend hundreds of dollars for a dress without hesitation. Of course, this doesn't mean you don't care about money; you love to compare prices and are always happy to find even the smallest bargain.
You have a colorful personality and are considered flamboyant. Fortunately, you often make quite a good impression where you go. With Roosters, it is strictly "what you see is what you get." There are no hidden depths to the Rooster's character. Neither complicated nor profound, you are very forthright and straightforward. You are quite persuasive and enjoy debate and lively discussion. You don't mind sharing your opinions with others, and sometimes, even though you don't intend it, you can be a bit tactless and hurtful. When facing authority, you never back down easily and often stand up for what you believe. Although you don't like to admit it, you are actually quite arrogant and self-absorbed at times. You see everyone's shortcomings but yours and have high standards for yourself and those around you. A born perfectionist, you often pick on others more than you do yourself.
Some criticize you for being overconfident and short-sighted. And you know that part of that criticism is quite true. You do believe that you know best and often listen to no one but yourself. Easily anxious and aggressive, you have the determination and patience to achieve your goal and give it time and consistency. These will be the tickets to great success you've longed for.
Believe it or not, it is not an easy task to fool the Rooster. Your mind is cautious and skeptical; using your perceptive gift makes you an excellent troubleshooter, detective, doctor, nurse, and psychiatrist. Enthusiastic about what you do, you can be quite a pushover but have zero tolerance for sloppiness. Hardworking, resourceful, courageous and multitalented, you are always up, out and doing. One rarely sees a relaxed Rooster sitting quietly in the living room, doing nothing. You can find many different paths to accomplishment.
Though sharp, practical, and resourceful, like people born in the year of the Sheep, you also like to dream. You have the tendency to think big and fantasize. This daydreaming can cause you to lose sight of reality and eventually disappoint your loved one. After all, reality will never match up to the dreams you have in mind.
You make a great host and adore entertaining. You are quite famous for your people skills and ensure that everyone feels at ease. Indeed, there will be no quiet dinners at home for the Rooster of Friday night; it is more fun to go dancing with friends or shopping at the mall.
Emotionally, you are very passionate but often fear personal commitment when it comes to serious relationships. Aside from honesty, the main virtue in the Rooster character is loyalty: You are a devoted and trustworthy friend. You always keep your promises and are always true to your word. When a Rooster loves and admires someone, he or she will bend over backward or even catch the moon just to keep the other person happy.
Overall, on the good side, you are distinguished, intelligent, and courageous, and are very likely to be successful owing to your diligent nature. But on the downside, you can be too self-assured and boastful, and you can be easily fooled by compliments and sweet words and do not take well to criticisms. In addition, you need to learn that looks aren't everything. And utilizing your excellent people skills and organized mind, you should try to be less boastful and dreamy and focus on the doable and the reality.

The Metal Rooster:
The Metal element makes the already headstrong Rooster even more opinionated and stubborn. Double-Metal can sometimes mean extra trouble for the Rooster. They are very organized and pay attention to all the details, but they have extremely high expectations of themselves and others. The passionate and ambitious Metal Roosters are usually workaholics, and are sometimes eager to win fame and wealth. Nevertheless, the Metal Rooster can be completely committed to social work in an attempt to help mankind. On the negative side, Metal Roosters are picky to a fault, and their harsh criticism offends. In addition they often hide their emotions, and if they don't learn how to compromise and relax, their talents could be wasted.
The Water Rooster:
The Water-Metal combination heightens the Water Roosters' intelligence. They are clearheaded and practical, and always know how to seek out and use resources to achieve their goals. The Water Roosters are somewhat obsessed with systems, medicine, and technology. They too often focus on the procedures and details and sometimes lose sight of the "big picture." Water Roosters are sympathetic and win support through persuasion instead of by intimidation. The Water element helps to make the Rooster sensitive and adaptable; Water Roosters are not as authoritarian as other Roosters.
The Wood Rooster:
The Wood element creates a Rooster with high integrity. Much less stubborn than the others, the Wood Rooster can be very considerate and have a wider outlook in life. Social and open-minded, they can be unselfishly devoted to social welfare, and their organized minds also help them excel in their work performance. Nevertheless, a Wood Rooster is still a Rooster, and their high standards still drive everyone crazy and their criticism is always hard to swallow. The Wood Rooster should learn not to overstretch by taking on too many projects.
The Fire Rooster:
The Fire element combined with the Rooster's natural Metal element creates an exceptional individual who is often a great leader, hero, or pioneer. Fire Roosters are people of action; they are vigorous and highly motivated. Always focused and strongly principled, they can single-mindedly pursue their goals and will not be easily moved by others' opinions or feelings. They are very persuasive, which makes them natural leaders and managers, but at times they can be too inflexible to compromise. Nevertheless, the Fire Rooster will always have noble intentions behind their actions and will be successful.
The Earth Rooster:
The analytical Earth Rooster likes to dig for the truth. The Earth Element calms the Earth Roosters and makes them less dramatic and talkative than other Roosters. Earth Roosters are very efficient and can be trusted with a truckload of responsibilities They are serious about their jobs, taking notes, filing data, and can be very systematic. However, the Earth element makes them shy away from confrontation, and when personal problems occur, they tend to stick their heads into the sand like ostriches. They are philosophical at times and tend to keep their own counsel and not speak up for themselves. But if they do ever speak up, you can be sure their words will be blunt and explosive.</div>

If you want to break pre-arranged plots with me I promise I won't be upset, just send me a PM so I know what's going on. Many sorrys, life just took that kind of a turn! That being said, hopefully I become a lurker once more.
