Poor Kitta v.v She got kinda sick from all the cat dander on Wednesday. (it's normally not that bad, it's just the vacuuming that stirred it up >.< wink She seemed fine on our free day.. So we went ahead and did the sleepover with John and Joe, but she started feeling reallllly sick the next morning and ended up sleeping most the day <.<; so we went home instead of staying till Sunday. The boys were pretty bummed about the leaving early part, for obvious reasons, but we were there from Friday at 3:45 to Saturday at 7:02 so I don't think it was too bad.
Ohhhh! I can't wait till I've got kids *giggles* they were being so snuggly on Sat. morning! heart There was this big vent thing right above the couch, so we were all wrapped up in blankets and Joe was curled up on me most the time -^.^- *falls over laughing* Those boys are so competitive! John was sitting on Cat's lap and Joe clambered over to hug her so John got all up in arms and said "No! She's mine!" xd practically smothering Cat to prevent Joe from getting to her. I told him there was plenty of Cat to go around, and Cat scootched John so she could hug Joe too, but it was hilarious.. They did it twice to Cat and once to me too. I must say, it's a rather odd thing to be fought over by two small boys you can pick up and carry. xd Then after Cat went back to bed Joe started one, same song different verse ^.^; I can't quite remember when it started, but a while ago both boys started saying "I love you" sometimes when they hug us, which I've seen them do with their Mom, but anyway John was up on the couch with me and Joe was sitting on the floor when John said "I love you" and hugged me *laughs* Joe suddenly looked up and said "I love her more" in this 'matter of fact' tone whee Then they turned to me and asked who loved me more xd I told 'em I didn't know, but I'd guess it was just about equal.. 3nodding
Sometimes I feel really bad about how much attention the boys give Cat and I around Deb (their Mom) 'cuz they'll run up and hug us but not her <.<; or like on Friday night, I was watching the news with Deb and the boys were downstairs with Cat when suddenly John came up, made a beeline to the chair I was sitting in and hugged me, then sat on my lap and started talking to the both of us about his sea-monkeys. sweatdrop Does that seem wrong to anyone else? I mean, I understand he doesn't see near as much as his Mom, but still.. If it was me in his place, my automatic reaction would be to go hug Deb and sit on her lap ^.^;; I just hope Deb doesn't feel left out v.v they're her boys after all.. But as Cat pointed out, she gets all the hugs when we're gone, so maybe it evens out.
I could just spout forever about how cute they are, and how sweet it was when they did this or that, but I'll limit myself to just one more ^.^; as I'm sure anybody who actually wants to hear more of these stories would just ask.. So one last one.. Hmmm... Oh! Mid-day Sat. I went upstairs to find out where Cat had gone (turns out after lunch she went to bed for the third time o.o; ) and ended up talking to Deb for quite a while instead, I'd told Joe that I'd be right back so he came upstairs to find me after it'd been like.. 20 minutes <.<; he wandered into the room, hugged me from behind and proceeded to look around the room curiously, so I asked him what he was looking for and he said "Umm... mostly just you" heart whee
Alright, I'm done now ^.^; as promised... So have a wonderful rest of your three day weekend! And enjoy the 'Labor day' of no work o.O

This *makes a big waving motion at the page in general* is my 'journal' of sorts ^.^ I seem to be using it for thoughts and doodles... along with the occasional rant *nods*
