When you hugged me,
My cold heart would warm.
When you you held me close,
I could get trough every emotional storm.
When you kissed me,
I could feel my heart jumping.
When you said "I love You",
I didn't see lies pumping.
When you promised me your heart,
I lost all of my cold numb feeling.
But when you said those words...
When you said you were leaving..
You didn't mean goodnight,
You didn't mean for now.
You left me all alone...
And my question is just "How?"
How do i llive when im always bleeding?
How do i breathe when my heart isn't thumping?
How did i not see that you were lieing and i was believing?
How do i even wake up in the middle of the night crying?
It doesn't make sence, 'cause inside im dieing.
And the answer i have come to is:
You simply weren't the one.
Now that i have my answer, i can slowly come back to earth.
I'll realize it was stupid to get so overworked.
The feeling i thought i had
Turns out to be my imagination.
And now that i've realised it
I pull back into the station.
Im back and i see why i should be glad,
Im free to do what i want, play with who i want.
See?
They weren't kidding;
Being single's not so bad.

I want all of you people who just recently broke up, or are just getting over it, to realize it really isn't all that bad! Yo may feel like crap, sure. But one day you'll wake up and see that it isn't so bad! And you'll realize that person just wasn't right for you. One day, you'll all meet someone who is perfect for you. You may fight sometimes, but thats just part of being in love. And it doesn't matter what gender that interests you either. As long as you are happy.
Now, I was going to dedicate this poem to 2 friends of mine. They are the people who made me get the inspiration! But then i decided this should dedicated this poem to everyone single.
