coming up from my new RP 'Eclipsed Paradise':

"Nikki!"

She looked up alertly at the call of her name as a dark grey wolf was racing towards her.

"Phoenix..." Nikki didn't get to say much as he dove for her, hugging her tightly.

She blushed, feeling him hold her more firmly in his arms as if he'd gotten her back from the dead.

"You little fool. You scared me half to death." He scolded into her shoulder.

Nikki held onto the back of his shoulders, hugging him back.

"I'm sorry. Are you hurt?" She asked, looking at him.

"No." He replied, smiling confidently.

Nikki smiled, returning to hugging him.

Phoenix held her, sighing in relief that she was alive.
