Do you miss the summer breezes?
Finally something simple pleases...
Do you love the winter snow,
Or to the fireplace will you go?
Feelings on Fire
Flames of Glory, Flames of Hate,
Flames of Sadness. Flames of Fate...
So much heat in this cold cold world
As fireballs of emotion are hurled.
Feelings are such simplistic things,
Yet they fly as if they lived on wings...
((A bit random, but some poetry is like that. OKAY, next!))
Crashing Waves
Waves in the ocean, Waves in the sea,
Waves everywhere crashing down on me..
You can never see a world through a reflection,
So the calm world beneath lives on without detection.
I was thrust into that world by the waves crashing down,
I fight to live as I start to drown,
I struggle as I try to find air to breathe...
Then I remember your smile and relax, I am free.
((More randomness, but oh well.))
