The sterotypes of me (yea its a poem ok)

Typical tall Puerto Rican, forced into the sterotype that I eat rice and beans all day, that Im lazy and i sing the gasolina in tune wit tht yankee fool. Forced in to the category that I have to be on the court because they see me as the effiel tower and they are the ants that walk beside it.

But I will not be subject to these ants whom try to move the tower along. For I am the 6 foot 4inch puerto rican, black, native american whom came from the blackness that is my mothers womb

For I am the creator of imagination skilled enough to put it on to paper for those to see and work there minds into my mind.

For I am my own being the tower that is not bending towards anyones will but my own.
