So, yes, I still exist
I just didn't get to talking about my summer job til now
So, It was freaking amazing.
The best thing I've ever done in my life.
And yes, I'm going back next year.
So, my summer consisted of:
counting things - I was in the trading post for the first half
Teaching scouts about the environment - environmental science merit badge councellor
Cutting open fish stomach's - fish and wildlife managment merit badge councellor
swimming in half frozen lakes - our lake is COLD!!! But it's so fun to swim in!
ninja converting from ninja to pirate pirate - well, when you're on the pirate ship every week, you can't go around saying you're ninja.
falling off mountains - no scouts came on that hike, so we went down the side of the mountain instead of using the trail, and I fell 20 feet. Trails are there for your safety. Stay on them.
throwing scouts out of canoes - battle of Steiner. essentially a giant waterfight in the middle of the lake, hence the pirate ship.
living in a tent - where else did you think I would sleep?
getting several new siblings - we all adopted eachother as siblings.
And I guess you could say a tiny bit of romance... but that dosen't really count.
