A darkness has started deep in my heart,
I wish not to cry for you cannot stop when you start
An endless pain that comes day and night,
it burdens, it smothers your reasons to fight
If the world was to be perfect with no pain to endure,
will there be compassion for those who can't fight as pure
I look up for help, yet no answer comes,
as if He himself has left me, abandoned and numb
I am wise to know that dying will not solve anything,
but my views of outcomes haunt me in my dreams
A wish to cry, to say I need help,
but this is one way, a way out
A sadness that won't leave, it sickens my heart
will there be support and hope - or will I be left in the dark?
