2-1 Shootout Loss
Game Preview: OH IT FEELS GREAT! Montreal will FINALLY play an NHL game with their full roster... even though Laraque is injured. Buffalo will get a first taste of our "new" look. Price plays the first game, but will sit out the next one. Anyways! HOCKEY IS BACK IN MONTREAL!
Final: Damn... So Montreal lost 2-1 in their first game of the season in a shootout. Newly acquired Robert Lang was centering one of the best line tonight for Montreal. He also scored a goal, giving assists to his linemates, Tom Kostopoulos and Sergei Kostitsyn. Atleast, even in a lost, the Habs picked up one point. Two players really stood out for me; Guillaume Latendresse and Carey Price. Tender keeps creating chances for himself and I am amazed! Price is simply amazing. He made some crazy saves at times, i couldn't even believe it! Anyways, Toronto on Sunday!
