with all this religious hooplah goin around, i'm gonna clear some things up for you fine (-SNORT-) folks.

what i believe in: i believe in God. the one that everyone talks about. i believe that when you die, you go to the other side (heaven) if you led a good, fulfilling life. if you did not, you get reincarnated into another human body and start over. you have a certain amount of lives before you stay on the other side. i believe that past lives can be experienced through dreams, and according to mine i was a little black hair blue eyed girl and that's just speculation.
i DO NOT believe in hell. i believe this is hell. i can't think of anything more terrible than what goes on on earth. but for me, hell aint so bad.
i also believe in angles and spirit guides. i don't believe in the devil.

despite my beliefs, i have never read the bible and i don't plan to. i attended church for a while and even went to church camp, but it wasn't my scene. for this reason, i don't consider myself any religion. not even nihilist or atheist.
i will not let a book tell me what to do for my life. despite my belief in God and that he is "always watching," i do not avoid things that are "ungodly." why? religion isn't a major part of my life, i'm not going to let it control me and my actions. i'm not living for God, i'm living for me. i'm living for Christmas . . i'm living for my family and friends. i'm living for the next book of The Host. i'm living to find out whether or not I will find the right person. i'm living because i like being alive.

that having been said, i do find satanism and anti-christianity interesting. INTERESTING. doesn't mean i worship satan or even believe in him. i also find pictures of dead bodies interesting, doesn't mean i go out and kill people. i find paul morlock back stories interesting, doesn't mean i drown myself in a tank of saline (no one will understand that.)

i ADORE heavy metal music. it is a huge part of my life. i don't care if it's anti-christian, i still listen to it. this doesn't mean i go out purposely looking for anti-christian music, but i don't care if i find some and i like it. much like real fur. white zombie and dead kennedys are two of my favorite bands, and i'll be damned if a huge part of their music isn't satanic or anti-christian. I STILL LOVE THEM. what God tells me is right and what is wrong isn't going to stop me from listening to something i like or doing something i do.
