My Opinion Emphasis on MINE
The first book was good. It kept me reading and I enjoyed New Moon. Eclipse was okay-ish but it was just dragging things out. Breaking Dawn... my opinion is that it sucked. Stephenie Meyer built up so much hype for a battle between the Cullens and the Volturi ((good vs. bad???)) and then she DIVERTED IT!!! Her reasoning was because "most of the characters would have died."
I understand she didn't want to do that but it's called CHANGE. The story didn't have to end that way. Not a single person was actually harmed!
And the movie was way worse than I wanted. Bella couldn't stop shaking the entire time and Edward was too freakin full of himself. They took out good scenes and added in new ones that they didn't need to change.
My overall opinion: Book series --> Went downhill; Movie --> Too many changes
