People are stupid. I had a Mythrill coin worth 5,000 gold. They're going on the marketplace for over 5,000. I put mine up for 5,800 and it sold. Minus the 2% transaction fee of 116. I still managed to make 684 gold.
I sold it for 5,800 and the person who bought it put it up for 6,000. Once they sell it, they'll have to subtract the fee, which will be 120g. Profit of 200g minus fee of 120g means they made a big fat profit of 80 gold. What the hell was the point of that? Really! You can make 80g a lot of other ways a lot easier.
People are so stupid. If you're going to play the marketplace, you need a much bigger profit margin than that or else you're simply not pulling ahead. rolleyes
