Project P.A.N.T.H.E.R. is a story about a girl named Ivy who undergoes a government experiment for the ultimate soldier by combining the DNA of animals with that of a human body. The experiment takes about two years, from the time she's fourteen to when she's now sixteen. Fed up with the experiments and operations, she runs away from the study hospital. Now the government is after her, and she's running for her life.
