For the first time since my return, I will be celebrating the holidays at Gaia.

I realized today for perhaps the first time that I have no clothes that would be considered "fancy". I quickly purchased a dress today however I am unable, as of now, to afford the Feathered Mask with Onyx Pinions I require. I hope that I shall have enough gold saved up in time to purchase it.

Prince Orin told me not to worry and has promised to escort me to the dance. For some odd reason, I find myself looking forward to this with unusual enthusiasm. I wonder why?

Note on Ragdoll Animation Experiment: Charlie appears to have begun to grow a rather sharp set of teeth. He has taken to gnawing at my arms recently. I have fitted him with an anti-biting mask to remedy the situation and have fitted myself with several bandages that hopefully will be removed soon...
