Day-98: Phychopaths
OMG the toher day while I was at work a man sat down in the table "86" we number our booths and tables weird so pardon the number.. anways he say down he was a man in his twenties and he had a text book, a binder so I figured he was a university student going out for a bite to eat nothing more.. the resturant was very bust that staurday night and me and another busser named James had our hands full. I we slipt the resturant into halfs and I did sectons 1,2 and 3 and he did 5,7 and 8. so after about an hour of frantic cleaning and setting up tables for two parties of fourteen we were bushed... it was 8 o'clock and james was getting off in an hour and he hadn't gone on his break so I sent him on his break at 8:30 because I am Head busser, I know it sounds small but the job is actually very difficult as your inchanrge of the tbales, stock, washrooms, lobby cleansiness, anyways after he got off his break it was 15 minutes before his shift ended and his guy I was decribing yelles out "I wanna see the f*&$#@ manger" of course I "alright sir, clam down I will fetch him" and I went to get my manger named Cris. Cris came out and asked him what was the matter and he yelled out "it has a finger nail, it cold and its late!" so of course Cris offered to have it remade and refund his money so the guy said yes to the refund no to the remake of the meal. Cris apologised for the accident as our policy is to believe the guest at all costs.. so they guy left afterwards all pissed. No more than 20 minutes they guy came back and we told cris he was back, so cris went to him and offered him for that he would cook the meal himself so he knew nothing went wrong. The guy nodded and sat down at "40" it was a booth that could it six people, we handed him a ice tea an dleft him alone. Cris came out with his pasta and that was end of that, it was 9:30, james had already left and I was alone, it was still busy and I felt like I ran 3 marathons.. so I went on my break finally and all I hear a smaaaaash I walk out to the run and I see the guy walking out the front door and his pasta all over "40's" table and seats and the bowls shattere on the tile floor, I walked up and the ladies in "41" said to me "that guy is crazy don't chase after him" and 4 other servers and Cris came up and asked what happeneda. They explained that guy was talking to himself and threaten them and flipped his plate of pasta... I was looking at the table and said jokely "and I have to clean that up gonk " of course they weren't listenign to me and cros asked me to clean it up and so I did. Cris left the resturant to confront the man but he couldn't find him, it was 9:55 and I still didn;t have a break and I got of at 10 so I got my manger to pay for the break so I got 15 minutes of pay and I left afterwards... well I walked down the street and at the wendy's 7 guys were standing outside and I stopped in my tracks I looked down to my cd player in my hand and shook my head, I headed back to the resturant and asked a friend to drive me home as I didn't wanted to get jumped. Well that my crazy story hope you kinda liek it sweatdrop
