Contest thingie Okay, so my pic was published. I was very happy about that, still am as a matter of fact. I was then invited to an art contest... you know.. against professionals eek . So far I haven't done too badly either. I've made it to round 5 even ^_^. I'm still so amazed and can barely believe it. I mean, I've only been playing with this stuff for a year or so. A lot of these people have been at it for years. There are only a few rounds left, hopefully I can stay in there long enough to win one of the nice graphics packages or something crosses her fingers. edit: ...and now I've made it to round 6 whee Only a week left in the contest.. crosses her toes too edit: Ohmygod!Ohmygod!Ohmygod! I have made it to round 7, it's the last round before the finals!! EEEE!! clears her throat er.. yup, just have to make it for 5 more days until the contest ends. ninja squeals edit: Well, I didn't win, but I did make it to the top 20 (and when you're competing against 100 people or so, that's not too shabby ^_^). I can't begin to describe how proud of myself I feel. I've been doing this for such a short time (not even a year) and I was able to compete against people who have been doing this for 15 years, or do graphics professionally. I'm still shocked that my picture did so well and made it as far as it did. I think I'll have to make another one and try again. See if I can't make it to the top 10 next time wink On a different note, I now have a nice monk on Guild Wars whee . I've almost got her to level 13.. almost... And I think I might start a guild and make war upon some of my buddies. grins evilly If anyone wants to look her up, she's Iralen Luinil 3nodding .

	If you're this scared because of a simple little outfit, then I wonder how much my guild, Boozin Bullies would scare you. Note: Site has music, but you can turn it off. And no, I had nothing to do with the design of the site, honest. I did not input any ideas at all. The only thing I did was give myself the title of "manager of the management" EDIT: And I had no idea that my guild would have a theme like this, really, I'm telling the truth. There was no sign of any of this theme until they redesigned the site. When I first joined the guild, I had no idea that the guild would even have a theme. All I knew was that the guild made movies, and that's why I joined. EDIT EDIT: Actually, now that I think about it. I did come up with the guild's motto, though it was changed a little from what I said, which was "Drinkin beer and smashin skulls"

	War? Okay, war will be fine. Really, it's a good thing for me, and if it is good for me, it is good for the entire guild. Let me explain. Right now, the guild members are focusing on improving the guild. As the manager of the management, it is my job to make sure that the management "does what is best for the guild". A major part of that is "preventing communism". But how would one prevent communism, you ask. Well, I "prevent communism with unequal salaries". Let me show you through this picture I made earlier. The black arrows represent the flow of money, and larger arrows mean more money. You might notice that the amount of money people get is unequal. Now you might be asking "But how does this WORK?" It's simple, I "peacefully convince" people to give "donations" to me, and my efforts to prevent communism. And of course, if they refuse, then they must be a communist. Here's a quote explaining things. Karean Salid will have a "communism prevention by unequal salaries" program for whatever he rules. I will be in charge of the "Economy and peacekeeping" departments. If "somebody in a major government position" does something that is "bad for the general populace" I will first try to "suggest ways to keep the people happy" and If I need to "use modern methods of persuasion" to make sure that "the people are happy". And if Salid changes the "communism prevention program" mentioned earlier in a way that is "bad for the populace" then I will try to "peacefully convince" him to keep the "communism prevention program" as it should be. If he refuses then I will try to "Manage the management". If for some reason he doesn't use the "communism prevention program" correctly, then I will "modernize the management using my powers of persuasion".
