When I wasn't looking I found home
Being around my family leaves me weak. They eat at my strength and energy. This right now is a good thing. We have had two parties thus far and there is one more big one that I know of tomorrow (at my grandma's house). We had my mom's friends over Tuesday and today we had my dad's side of the family over. I got home Monday at 12 at night. Don't ask why unless you want me to get worked up. That day got me so infuriated that I curled up into a ball on the couch and bawled my eyes out.
I felt like crying an hour ago, when I logged on Gaia. I received my gift from Dev-Dev. She added the sweetest poem to it. It made me laugh and yet it was so sweet it touched my heart. It just shows that it is the thought that really does matter in these things.
I got to open one present because I pestered my parents. I only pestered because we used to open our presents on the Eve but now we wait to open all of them on the Day. Plus, I had no idea what I got. @_@ I opened the camera! YAY! It records and takes pictures <3 Now I can capture all the strange things that happen! Daniel got me Peppermint Bark and gave me that early too because he never wraps my gifts. @_@ dunno why. He didn't like the gift I got him but that's alright with me ^^ It was more of a joke gift anywhoo. It was a Monopoly with Ninetendo characters. LOL I thought it fit him but I knew he would never use it really ^^" Oh wells. This way he can get what he wants. I don't mind. I was glasd he laughed >w< That was the reaction I wanted and that was enough of a gift for me XD
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone. Here's me saying "Happy Holidays to all!" May your New Year come with many smiles and bundles of cheer!
