Since I have been working in a cafe for 5 months now, I have peculiar irritations. >> For one, "latte", is an obnoxious word to me. Order a latte and I'll eye you funny for a minute before attempting to smile again. Also, I get really, really irritated when instead of speaking to me, the next customer goes "I need-" 'I need, I need.' No, it's actually 'you want, you want'. At least greet me properly before you start in on your ridiculous list of demands for a damn coffee drink. rolleyes
