I've been busy....with school. I have this nice-sized paper due on Monday, but enough about that. It's time for the new year and what are you gonna do?
You got your resolutions? I have mine: no procrastinating. Once I do that, I won't have to worry about whether I'm getting an A or not in my classes. What's yours? Better diet, more exercise, actually look for a job, get rich, get a girl (or guy), buy better Christmas presents next year? That's a lot of stuff.
You got your fireworks? I don't; I just go down the street to look at my neighbor's. It's awesome, and free. I'll do it next year, if I'm on my laptop, like now for instance.
You going to a party? Good for you. I like parties. Mr. Pibb is good.
Philosophy for the day: ******** the haters and party you idiots.
I am going to start on a fictional story during my winter holiday before the spring semester. It's about a world where there's only children and teenagers. Anyone and everyone 18 and over is non-existent. There may be sequels; I like drama. I don't know how I'm going to rate it though. It's completely based on a dream I had a few years ago.
I'm going to submit a poem tonight after the fireworks or tomorrow at any time. So be on the lookout if you like my work.
Happy New Year to everyone. I wish prosperity and no depression for the U.S. in 2009. That would be...sad.
I LOVED 2008, A YEAR OF REVELATION, MIXED PRESIDENTS (no he's not black, he's African-Polynesian), GREAT FOOD, GREAT PRESENTS, AND NEW STUFF....yay stuff.
Look ahead, not behind.
~Crystal (goodbye 2008, we knew thee well)
