As I zipped through the woods, I knew that they were not far behind me. I could hear snickering and whispers, but I did'nt dare look behind. The soft breeze of the wind cooled me down and yet sweat poured down my face sweatdrop . I was hungry as I hadn't eaten in weeks and had to drink raindrops. My stomach was like a motorbike's engine roaring. They followed my stomach's growling and most importantly, they followed me. My heart was beating faster than my footsteps. I was worried. I could'nt continue running forever, I needed energy. I stopped for a second to catch my breath and before I knew it, I was tied to a tree. "What do you want? Go away or I'll punch you!" I yelled right in their ears. "You dirty thing!" said one gnome in disgust as he dug his ear. He spat on my shoes and rubbed his earwax on my left cheek. "And don't worry, you won't need to care about cleaning that once I'm done with you!" said another evil . I could see the knife that they had used to kill my parents. All I could remember was the knife swished towards me and I was gone.
My parents were killed 3 days ago...Now, I'm with them. cry
