Trying so hard to reach you
My eyes try to beseech you
My heart needs a break through
What's hiding in your mind?
Is it all to guard you
My hands are looking for you
My pride is laid in front of you
Is it so fake inside?
Everything inside me wants this
Do you feel the same?
I'm trying to understand you
Your ideas of what you think is true
But I can't seem to read you

Tales of my lonely self
