...to perform parkour...and ace the pacer test next year.
I have long been fascinated by parkour and I am determined to start working towards being able to do it.
Starting, any day the weather is 50 or above, I am going to go to the local park and jog, because I am damnably out of shape. I've found sites detailing workouts used by traceurs. Even if it stays below 50 outside, tomorrow, I am going to start practicing the workouts.
I need to be more productive anyway.
Edit: Forgot to mention: Free running and parkour are two different things. Parkour is to escape, free running is to flip off of stuff.
