Grimmjow:
Tepeyollotl/Tezcatlipoca?
Why?
Because It the only possible relation that I found:
Tepeyollotl
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tepeyollotl in the Codex Telleriano-Remensis.

In Aztec mythology, Tepeyollotl ("heart of the mountains"; also Tepeyollotli) was the god of earthquakes, echoes and jaguars. He is the god of the Eighth Hour of the Night, and is depicted as a jaguar leaping towards the sun. He may be the same as Mictlantecutli, Tlaltecuhtli, Teoyaomicqui and Tezcatlipoca.
Tezcatlipoca (Classical Nahuatl: Tezcatlipōca IPA: [tes.ka.tɬi.ˈpoː.ka][1]) was a central deity in Aztec religion, associated with a wide range of concepts including the night sky, the night winds, hurricanes, the north, the earth, obsidian, enmity, discord, rulership, divination, temptation, sorcery, beauty, war and strife. His name in the Nahuatl language is often translated as "Smoking Mirror"[2] and alludes to his connection to obsidian, the material from which mirrors were made in Mesoamerica and which was used for shamanic rituals.

Nnoitra:
Oni/demon.
Why?
Santa Teresa makes Nnoitra to have Oni like horns.
Nnoitra to is able to make scythe, and that's the weapon of the Dead/demons
Because he had 4 arms, and 4 It's the number of evil in Japan.
Because he really had 6 arms, ans 6 It's the number of evil in occident.

Nel:
Azazel.
Why?
Azazel means "the goat herald". Neliel was the herald of Aizen looking for VL.
Azazel was the demon who taught human how to use weapons....
Azazel was leave in the desert by Raphael...

Ulquiorra:
Mefistofele.
Why?
Mefistofele It's the subordinate of Lucifer. This It's pretty interesting as you'll see in Wonderwice possible symbolism.
His name (mefistofele) means "he who hates the light", while Ulquiorra's realasing It rains black. Although Mefistofeles means "he who hates the light" Lucifer his leader's name means "Light holder".
Mefis-Tofel means "liar destructor".
Mefistofele It's saidto look like a noble, with pretty clothes.
Mefistofele It's told to be cold, rational, and very logical. He uses that logic to lock other peoples minds psicologically, like Ulquiorra did with Orihime.
Mefistofele It's the Demon designed by Lucifer to make other people to join the bad side, Ulquiorra It's trying to make Orihimeand Ichigo join Aizen's side.

Halibel:
Lilith.
Why?
Lilith and the Lilin (Jewish) and Lilitu (Sumerian) are in redactive Christian fables (folktales not part of official Christian theology), considered forms of succubi.
A Succubus (plural succubi) is a demon who takes the form of a beautiful woman to seduce men.
They aspect varys depending of the demon, but normally they are representate with bat wings, snake eyes and mouth... I think that all the top 5 will be demons, and I think that Hallibel's mask It's the snake mouth of a Sucubus...

Barrigan:
Asmodai?
Why?
I don't know, maybe you are able to see some similaritys:
Asmodai or Asmodeus (see below for other variations) is a demon mostly known from the deuterocanonical Book of Tobit. The demon is also mentioned in some Talmudic legends, for instance, in the story of the construction of the Temple of Solomon. He was supposed by some Renaissance Christians to be the King of the Nine Hells. Asmodeus also is referred to as one of the seven princes of hell. Each one of these princes represents one of the seven deadly sins (Pride, Lust, Envy, Sloth, Greed, Gluttony, and Wrath). Asmodeus is the demon of lust and is therefore responsible for people's sexual desires. It is said that people who fall to Asmodeus' ways will be sentenced to an eternity in the second level of hell.

Stark:
Astaroth?
He/She is referred to in The Lesser Key of Solomon as a very powerful deity. His main assistants are four demons called Aamon, Pruslas, Barbatos and Rashaverak. In art, in the Dictionnaire Infernal, Astaroth is depicted as a nude man with dragon-like wings, hands and feet, a second pair of feathered wings after the main, wearing a crown, holding a serpent in one hand, and riding a wolf or dog. Upon closer examination, however, it can be seen in the image (right) that the dragon-like wings actually belong to the dragon. According to Sebastien Michaelis he is a demon of the First Hierarchy, who seduces by means of laziness, vanity, and rationalized philosophies to see the world and his adversary is St. Bartholomew, who can protect against him for he has resisted Astaroth's temptations. To others, he teaches mathematical sciences and handicrafts, can make men invisible and lead them to hidden treasures, and answers every question formulated to him. He was also said to give to mortal beings the power over serpents.
His lazyness It like Stark's, he is told to be of the first demons, like Lucifer, and he is also known as the Great Earl of the Hell
