1. Understand the difference between singular and plural. Singular refers to one thing, a single thing. Plural refers to more than one thing. If you didn't know that before, I'm honestly amazed, but keep reading.
2. Understand that woman is singular. Woman is used to refer to one female. You (if you are a female) are a woman, because you are a single person.
3. Understand that women is plural. If there are multiple females, you would refer to them as women. You (again, if you are a female) can not be a group of women by yourself, obviously.
It's really as easy as that. You can be a woman in a group of women, but never a women in a group of woman. Please, learn how to use it.
