"Kyyooo....Kyo where are you?"A small boy walked in the woods,looking behind a tree as if searching for someone.The woods being surrounded with trees and long green waving grass
He was wearing a blue button up vest with a white dress shirt under it,having on a pair of black dress pants and a pair of royal black boots with a sword hooked on his belt.
The boy wasn't tall,but wasn't short either.He looked as if he may have been around the ages of eleven or twelve. "Wonder where she could have run off to.."
He sighed under his breathe as he leant his back against the same tree he looked behind earlier,slowly sliding down on the ground"How could she just disappear..I was right behind her.."
"Never let your guard down,Narashi!"A small girl spoke as she jumped down from the tree he was under,having a sword in her hands and bringing it down at him
The boy looked up seeing she was coming down at him"What the..!"He then rolled forward,moving out of the way just as her sword hit the ground a few seconds later
When the girl landed down on the ground she picked her sword up and held it on her shoulder,careful not to cut herself with the blade
Her hair was long and grey,it was a natural color.She was wearing a red and white kimono,with a big red bow tied around her waist and a small white bow tied around her wrist
"You know,you really shouldn't let your guard down"She smiled at him as she swung her sword around,not really aimming at anything
The boy looked at her with a glare"Yea well you shouldn't come out of nowhere and try to cut me in half!"
She sighed as she walked over to him,waving her finger at him"Sooner or later you're gonna have to protect me,Narashi"She smiled at him slightly
He glared at her more as she walked closer to him"Yea right,you can take care of yourself"Narashi shook his head,looking behind her alittle,staring down at her tail"You're still not able to control it.."
Kyo blinked then glanced behind her to look at her tail"Y-Yea well...you had more experience then I did.Not my fault I can't change forms like you.."
"And you say I need more practice"Narashi laughed softly as he patted her on the head,he was only a few inches taller then her"This form could be really dangerous in a human place"
She sighed softly as she moved her head to the side,making his hand hit the air when he tried to pat her head again"Yea Yea I know.We'll have to go inside one soon.."
"Wait,what do you mean we!?"Narashi glared at her,crossing his arms as he looked past here,looking in the direction that a village would be.
Kyo laughed softly as she took a step back from him,placing her hand on his shoulder"Well.you are my sworn protector.Now lets go,I'm hungry"
He sighed still glaring at her slightly"Fine fine,but we can't do what we did last time.Way to much trouble was caused"
"Man..You're really uptight ya know"She sighed alittle as she shook her head."I hope you're not like this when you grow up"
Narashi sighed then closed his eyes,in a moment he was transformed,as a black wolf,he had a small patch of white fur on his chest.If he stood up on his hind legs he would be the same size as Kyo"This time,can we walk please?"
Kyo walked over to him,petting him between his ears"Walk...?Since when do I walk?"She laughed softly as she ran off
"Figures...for some reason I know that we'll be stuck together for a very long time"Narashi whispered to himself then ran after her,following behind her to wherever she was going.
