You tell me to go.
You say don't wait for me,
But you already know.
I'd wait forever, just to say hi.
I'd stay forever, just to see you walk by.
You know good and well that i can't just leave
I'll wait forever, anywhere, here, there, our tree...
And don't punish yourself for not being there
I know you have things to do, and i know how much you care.
I know that you love me and your promise remains true.
That goes for me, as well as you.
You know how i am, i'll apoligize and thank
Maybe for stupid reasons, but you understand me so its okay...
There might be an obstacle keeping us apart,
But i know that you love me and i wish i could be there from the start..
But at least we have eachother here and we always will.
Promises are promises, no matter what, the vow remains strong & still.
I love you, my dear, and i know that you know
I can't just leave,
I won't even go.
