Wrapped in a tiny ball, the teenager, whom had passed out inside of the hollow tree, slept with his wings draped over him like a blanket. The soft earth was covered in an equally soft layer of green grass, which made it so easy for the teen to sleep. Night had began to shift to day and pale shafts of light peaked through the cloudy sky, however the slumbering vampire was safe. The canopy, made of lush green leaves, prevented any light from reaching him.
