we celebrated a week ago it was a happy day we were getting a week off being sent home but vc came out of nowhere and shot us down on the way out we were ******** up in vc country they hunted us down like them ol hound dogs like when i went hunting and most of our skilled fighters were in body bags 84% of us were cherrys some ready to fight others scared the hell out of me i just tried to keep calm and be ready dug in
