Kyo and Masaki looked over at the door as Ryu walked inside of the room,he had realized he left his bag and blinked seeing Kyo searching throught it.
He didn't say anything as he walked over to them,his face showed no expression as he picked up his bag and took a quick glance at Kyo before walking out of the room
Masaki tilted her head,wondering why he hadn't said anything"I'm gonna go see if he's ok"She smiled at Kyo childishly before running out after him
Kyo just stood there,her hand clenched in a tight fist as she closed her eyes.When Ryu took that small glance at her she felt all of his emotions,she remembered feeling like he was now back when she lost her father
She felt lost,sad and angry at herself for not being able to do anything.It was a type of feeling that was simply unbearable,back then she wanted to end her life but never had the strength to follow through with it
Kyo knew Ryu felt the same,she just didn't know why.She opened her eyes and just stood there, staring down at the floor angrily"Noone should ever have to feel pain like that.."She shook her head softly as she walked out of the class room,shutting the door behind her
Once the day was over Ryu walked home,not stopping to wait for Masaki as he usually did any other day.He carried his bag over his shoulder,taking his time as he walked back home
He came back at least ten minutes later then he normally would.Ryu dropped his bag by the door after locking it,soon retreating upstairs to his room.He fell down onto his bed face first,grabbing his pillow and hiding his face into it as he clenched it tight,soon resting his eyes and falling asleep
Kyo had snuck into his house as always,well not really sneaking considering she made another copy of his key.She closed the door behind her quietly,soon seeing his bag down on the floor
"Wonder if its still in here"She tilted her head to the side slightly as she knelt down beside his bag,grabbing it as she unzipped it then poured everything out onto the floor
Notebooks,pencils,papers with notes all falling and scatterring onto the floor,including the case that Ryu had taken out in class
Kyo grabbed the case and figured that it was another dvd,she stood up and walked into the living,popping the cd into Ryu's dvd player and grabbing the remote as she sat down on the couch
She was curious to know what was on it,and why Ryu didn't play this one in school earlier.As the dvd played there was a small boy who looked af if he was about eight or nine years old,he had messy black hair,smiling childishly as he ran around in a yard
The boy looked like Ryu,only smaller and alot happier.He laughed as he ran over to a baseball and picked it up tossing it up into the air"Hey dad watch this!"He picked up a metal bat and held it,throwing the ball high in the air and swinging the bat as it came down
The ball probably would have went far if he had hit it,instead the ball just fell onto the grass.Ryu sighing softly as he hung his head down
A man walked over to Ryu and patted him on the head.He had the same short of messy hair as Ryu except his hair was a light brown color.He was also wearing a white button up shirt with a red tie,he seemed to have just gotten home from work
"Ryu you did it all wrong"He laughed softly as he picked the ball up from the ground,smiling as he grabbed the bat from him"Now watch your old man do it"He smiled as he threw the ball up into the air,swinging the bat as it came down
He missed the ball,doing worse then Ryu did.He blinked as he watched the ball drop into the grass"Uhm..."
Ryu tilted his head slightly as he put his hands behind his head,locking his fingers with each other as he glanced over at his father"Dad,I don't think that how you're suppose to do it"
His father sighed hanging his head down as he looked at the ball"Yea Yea...So much for showin you how to hit"He rubbed the back of his head as he laughed,pushing his glasses up alittle with his finger
"How many times do I have to tell you two not to hit the balls near my windows"A woman walked over to them,she had long black hair as gave them a friendly smile
Ryu ran over to the woman"Mother!"He hugged her legs playfully but tight as he clung to them"Dad can't hit the ball,he tried to tell me I was doing it wrong"
His mother blinked as she glanced over at his father who was laughing nervously"If you ask me you're both doing it wrong"She laughed softly as she grabbed the bat from Ryu's father"Now stand back"
She pushed Ryu away from her legs softly as she picked the ball up,tossing it up into the air and swinging the bat hard as the ball came down,the ball flying over thier house landing somewhere unknown
Both Ryu and his father stood there,thier jaws hanging as they wondered how she hit the ball and they couldn't.They sulked with each other as they looked at her"My dearling wife is so much better then me"
"For the time being"Ryu's mother placed the bat down onto the grass as she grabbed his father by his tie,pulling him closer to her"My darling husband just needs more practice"
"Yuck!"Ryu stuck out his tounge as they made lovey dovey faces with each other"Let go I'm starving!"He grabbed both of them by thier hands,walking in the middle as he headed back towards the house,the smile on his face being soft and childish as he laughed with his parents softly.
