I am the angel of the night
my wings made of the darkest feathers
soft like silk
I am pure beauty
I shine like the brightest star
I am your dream but reality
The object you want but can't have
Yet we share the same emotions
though untrusting I am
and the hurt inside
I dim with pain and I lose my glow
but that changes when your around
I light up to my fullest
A big grin of happiness again
my torture over I know the way
fly apart from the unwilling soul
to saftly I go
in your arm where I belong
