Come forth,
Daughter of death,
Take your revenge on my visage,
My life frozen by every passing moment,
Your cold touch so dear,
For it is the frozen ambition you have come to loathe,
Yet I’m still here to hold.
You tell me I am like the ice,
Just a chiseled sculpture to behold,
Yet you’re the one with the gaze of the darkest winter,
Killing intent hidden within your paper,
My death warrant has been signed,
Simply waiting to be delivered from your hands,
What am I to fear next?
Now I am at your feet,
My wounds running deep,
I know you never meant to truly hurt me,
As I watch tears run down your cheeks as I try to breathe,
But you always had a heart of gold,
You were just trying to make me see reason and turn away,
From all the things that have made our life go astray,
Now it all is ending,
Going into the arms of the afterlife in fending,
My love for you is never-ending.
You can’t go on,
Your mind ever- bending,
Torn apart by your actions,
Like a daredevil in a faction,
Never giving the thought another fraction,
You throw your body into the fracture,
Falling below into what is so cold.
You are soon departed by suicide,
Just to be with me again,
But then that is what we want people to think,
For no longer do I have to wear the frosted mask,
And you no longer have the look of disgust,
Our old lives left in the dust,
So as long as you know,
No matter where we might go,
No matter how hard it goes,
I will always be there to hold.
