On Friday, I saw Edward Scissorhands and The Hunchback of Notre Dame with Kat and SARA (she gets all caps b/c she's special like that). Edward Scissorhands was true to Tim Burton's name: completely and utterly out of this world.
The latter was...well...one of the most disturbing movies I've ever seen in my entire life. And it was made by Disney!! DISNEY!!!
Moving on, we had our annual Kentucky Derby Party on Saturday. Really great race this year! Mine That Bird won, with 50-1 odds...insane...
We also played Capture the Flag, which is one of my favorite games of all time.
On Sunday, I went to Shelb-ay's Birthday Shindig after church. It was loads of fun, basically everything a party should be!
Today, however, I was thrown face-first back into reality. School is difficult when your mind is elsewhere....today wasn't a total loss though. A bird got trapped in the gym, so that was pretty entertaining (but I felt so bad for it!)
And I met this guy in my neighborhood (whom I never knew before...weird I spose) He was sooo nice! It's good to make new friendssssssss...
Speaking of friends, Kat and Sara were forced to face off in an extremely difficult tektek challenge! (jk, it was actually really easy)
And...SARA EMERGED VICTORIOUS! With Kat as the runner-up!

I really like this one, b/c of the unique use of water! (every other entry used leaves) It has nice balance too, and beautiful flow!
This one is so adorable! I love the birds and the colors blend well together!
Sara will recieve her aforementioned prizes, as well as some Bonsai Wings and maybe something else.
