A rainbow... usually a sight of joy.
look down to the floor, "it's pink?" a 5-year old would say.
look up and you see..............
a rainbow staring at you, smiling...
and then you remember yourself creeping under your bed full of fear.
but then you hear a whisper "even when it's raining horribly, after...it becomes much beautiful"
it started with the pain of fear... but then your path lights up... what do you find?
A rainbow.
a rainbow...a pink sky... a mixture of night and day...rain and sun... darkness and light...addicting...the clouds-blushing, the rain gone.
look up again: no more rain, just an endless sky of pink... "It makes me feel different." you would say.
look up once more, you see the rainbow fading,
the rain drying,
the clouds blushing,
and then you think "I wish I was with you."
You think of possibilities with that person...
"you know what you feel, now admit it." says another whisper
look up forever... it's night time... the pink turned blue
it became mysterious, no longer shy.
A rainbow comes and goes as it pleases, so do your feelings.
