Journey to my mind.
Stuff I say and stuff... stuff.
Lovers.
Time.

It's something so strange; so reserved. Sometimes it goes by fast, then you're left wishing you could go back. Other times it's slow; so slow that you wish things would speed back up. I guess time goes by its own rules, never caring about your own.

"You're so distant lately." She said, glaring down at the floor. Her feet swept the dirty tile flooring while she carefully gathered her thoughts. Pushing back her glasses, she stood in perfect posture once more and let her face relax. "I know." She said, balancing the stack of papers on her hands. Anna sighed once more, unable to understand-- no, not wanting to understand. "You're difficult, you know that?" Anna scratched her head, gathering a clump of honey brown hair together. She wrinkled her nose and placed her arms tightly around her chest. "If you didn't want to hang out, you could of just told me." She said, showing her disappointment in her voice. "You just left me there, like a freakin' idiot, for three hours." This time it showed in her eyes. Anais let out an erratic sigh, sounding close to a whimper. She looked at the floor once more, wishing she had been sick today and not at school. As soft as a whisper, she said; "I wish you'd stop accusing me of stuff." Both girls stool in silence, Anna with a dumbfounded expression on her freckled face, while Anais counted the tiles on the floor and tried not to drop her stack of papers. Her face slowly collected inwards into a nasty frown. "You know what? You're so selfish!" Anna screamed, closing her fists together and her feet spread wide apart. Anais flinched but never averted her eyes away from the tiles. She angrily looked around the room, noticing that everyone in the library was staring. Anna huffed and walked away, angrily ignoring the presence of Anais and knocking into her stack of papers as she left. The white sheets flew above their heads, carefully gliding down to the floor as gravity pulled them downwards. Anais closed her eyes tightly when the impact hit her, grunting as the paper flew above her. It hurt so much. It hurt everywhere in her body, the bruises were covered, of course, but the ones inside were on parade for everyone to see. People were gossiping amongst themselves, but what else could they do? This was an all girls school. Anais let her dark, black hair cover her face, eyes still glued to the floor. She slowly glided her hands through the dirty floor tiles, collecting dust and dirt a long the way. She closed her fists and lowered her head even more.

"Cause it's just another day... you will lose it anyway."

Anna moved angrily through the school hallways, avoiding the glares and dirty looks from the other girls. What right did they have to judge her actions? They had no idea what was going on. They had no idea what kind of girl Anais was... this facade of "injured lamb" was just one of her many tricks. Even Anna had fallen for it... what a scam.
