I don't know how it works in America but here being a freshman is hell when you don't stand up for yourself. The higher classes will shout, bump and let you trip.. But if you just turn around and shout 'Fack you!' it should be fine because a lot of freshmans don't do that. Ok then comes the problem with remembering where to go to. Well there's always 1 person in the class who exactly knows where to go to. Just follow the herd and you should be fine with that. Next comes the whole friends thing. When I was in my fresh man year I didn't know anyone. Fresh meat you might say. And although I was hardened by what I had to go trough when I still was younger I still fell for the whole 'Follow the flow' thing. DON'T! Stay yourself, don't fall for obvious tricks and don't make yourself a target for bullying. Once again stand up for yourself. They'll respect it. Ok the last topic is all the teachers and stuff. There will be teachers you don't like. (I hated about.. 9 out of 13 teachers I had). Don't go against them. Bad idea. I did that and thanks to that I ended up at the principals office A LOT. I picked up garbage A LOT. I had to get to detention A LOT. So don't. Try to stay nice and make your point clear but in a nice manner.
Well that was about it. I'm off high school now and going to college so when you deal with something just ask me.

i'm not planing on repeating what happened from 5-8 eighth grade for the teachers and detentions and s**t. but thanks
