So, my mom wakes me up this morning at noon, because it was noon. Then she tells me to give her a hug and go sit in her computer chair because I won't like her after what she has to say.

And she's right, I don't like her right now.

She says I can no longer see my boyfriend of almost two years because she thinks he's a loser, and if I continue to see him, I'll end up going no where. So, she says if I sneak behind her back to see him, she'll take my phone and my car.

And the only way I can see him again is if he makes it into the Marines, or gets a job.

Problem with a Job: My state isn't really hiring anyone, and everyone is getting laid off. So, that's why he hasn't got a job, mommy dearest.

Problem with the Marines: Okay, so my boyfriend will come back super buff and that's hot, but he'll be in danger's way and I'll only get to see him when he's on leave. But I will be able to talk to him, which is an improvement.

I've been dating him since July 12, 2007. We are less than one month away from two years, and she drops this on me this morning.

Half our relationship has been long distance as he lived with his dad, and now I can't even CALL him. She's going to get his number blocked on my cell phone.

Does anyone else think this is overly a**l of my mother? Please tell me you do.
