It's from the local council...*gulp*, I hadn't paid the bills for several weeks!
urgh! I need to fix this!
should I ask that woman who I bought the house from in the first place?
......I forgot her name...
Agh! if it was all some easy-solvable, lame plot like in the movies then I should have been able to go and slaughter
the people who gave me this damn note!! stressed

somting seems odd about this note,
well I know it's like I've heard it before...
but why would it be scribbled onto a scrap piece of paper like this?
