A lot of people *coughCristianscough* are mad about how people are saying "Happy Holidays" instead of "Merry Christmas". What the ******** is wrong with that? This is America! It's a FREE COUNTRY. Which means Jews and Muslims should be free to walk around here without people insulting them by saying "Merry Christmas" to them. "Happy Holidays" includes all religions that have a holiday right around now. Christmas isn't the only ******** holiday that's celebrated in America, so just get over it!
My aunt sent an e-mail to me that was all about this stupid Christian raving about how s/he thought that since the government was making all the big public places say "Happy Holidays" that meant that they were trying to get rid of Christmas or something. They're not. You're still free to celebrate Christmas in your home. You can still send out Christmas cards to all of your friends and sing Christmas carols to all of your Christian neighbors. But seriously, are you Christians so stuck up that you don't even care about how the Jews and Muslims feel when the holiday season is just focused around Christmas?! I asked my aunt to stop sending me those kinds of e-mails. It's so stupid.
(BTW, I'm a Christian, I think I make it sound like I'm not. Heh-heh. Though I guess I don't really like being a Christian)
Anyways, we got out of school early today, because it snowed big time along the coast, and they didn't cancel school for us, we just had a half day. It was fun, I guess. Better than a whole day, lol Now it's snowing. I wanna go outside sledding later, but it's so cold...
