So 16 years ago today, on July 1, 1993, I popped out of my mother. A few years later, I'm walking and talking, and as my parents say, I haven't stopped! But so far, being sixteen doesn't feel much different from being fifteen, except I'm one year older and can do more stuff legally, like drive.
I got my permit on Thursday, June 18, which, in my state, says I can drive at any time of day and any length of time, any day (unless it's suspended/restricted what-have-you), and I can go for my license in January of 2010.
